Pets
Pets are welcome for a housekeeping fee of $25.00 per day for your first pet and $10.00 per day for each additional pet. We request that you control your pets. Any lost revenue due to complaints relating to animal noise from other guests in the hotel will be charged to your room. Pets must not be left unattended in the room at any time.
PARKING
Parking fees of $15.00 per night will apply.

Visa, Master Card, American Express accepted. Guests must be 21 years of age or older with a valid credit card to check into a suite.
Seasonal Reservation & Cancellation Policies
April 14, 2010 to December 17, 2010 - 2 Days
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. Advance payment for the entire stay will be processed 2 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. Cancellations made within 2 days of arrival will forfeit their advance deposit. Cancellations made more than 2 days prior to arrival will have no penalty. Reservations made within 2 days of arrival will be charged at the time of booking.
December 18, 2010 to January 2, 2011 - 60 Days
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. Advance payment for the entire stay will be processed 60 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival will forfeit their advance deposit. Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival will have no penalty. Reservations made within 60 days of arrival will be charged at the time of booking.
January 3, 2011 to April 10, 2011 - 21 Days
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. Advance payment for the entire stay will be processed 21 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. Cancellations made within 21 days of arrival will forfeit their advance deposit. Cancellations made more than 21 days prior to arrival will have no penalty.
