Pets

Pets are welcome for a housekeeping fee of $25.00 per day for your first pet and $10.00 per day for each additional pet. We request that you control your pets. Any lost revenue due to complaints relating to animal noise from other guests in the hotel will be charged to your room.

Credit Cards

Visa, Master Card, American Express accepted. Guests must be 21 years of age or older with a valid credit card to check into a suite.

Seasonal Reservation & Cancellation

November 24 to December 24, 2009 - 30 Days

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. Advance payment for the entire stay will be processed 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will forfeit their advance deposit. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival will be charged at the time of booking.

December 25, 2009 to January 1, 2010 - 60 Days

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. Advance payment for the entire stay will be processed 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival will forfeit their advance deposit. Reservations made within 60 days of arrival will be charged at the time of booking.
